Punt e Mes Manhattan

  • 3 cl of Rye or Bourbon Whisky
  • 3 cl of Punt e Mes
  • 3 drops of Fernet-Branca
  • A marachino cherry to decorate
  • ice

Use a mixing glass full of ice and pour the ingredients in, in the given order. Stir and filter in a cocktail glass. Decorate with a marachino cherry.

Carpano Dry Gibson

  • 6 cl of Gin
  • 1 cl of Carpano Dry Vermouth

Pour the Gin and the Carpano Dry in a mixing glass with ice, shake and serve in a cold cocktail cup. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
